Returns & Exchanges – The Deadtree Way
At Deadtree, we stand by the quality of our gear. If something's not right, we’re here to make it right.
You can return any item for a refund or in-store credit, provided:
- It’s returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all components included
Need a different size, style, or colour?
No problem — just note that any return shipping costs for exchanges will be for your account.
Changed your mind after delivery?
If your order’s already been dispatched or delivered and you'd like to return it for a refund, shipping costs will also be your responsibility.
Faulty?
If your Deadtree item show any defects, drop us a message — we’ll gladly replace them. These things happen, and we’ll sort it out.
